Microsurgical Clipping of Giant Saccular Middle Cerebral Artery Aneurysm: A Case Report

چکیده

Giant saccular middle cerebral artery aneurysm is rare vascular lesion and few cases have been reported in the literature. Microsurgical clipping applied to treat a giant .A 26 year-male presented with complain severe headache, multiple episodes of vomiting one episode sudden loss conscious since hours prior admission at emergency department. Cerebral Angiography showed (MCA) aneurysm. A standard right pterional approach expose MCA microsurgical was performed. No any serious neurological complication noted after surgery except facial palsy. Patient discharged 12th day surgery.Endovascular therapy as well STA-MCA bypass plus are usually manage However, alone also effective has better result.
